BSA Board of Standards and Appeals of the City of New York
CB7 Community Board 7 - covering the West Side
DOB The New York City Department of Buildings - for non-complying proposed contstruction, issues an objection letter which must be appealed to the BSA
Five Findings The five findings required to be made by the BSA prior to issuing a variance from application of zoning law in the Zoning Resolution
LPC Landmarks Preservation Commmission
